We provide privately funded, affordable housing, along with a network of services and support systems, enabling our residents to overcome barriers and transition into self-sufficient, healthy, law-abiding citizens. We offer a safe and secure living environment, within a community of like-minded individuals, all of whom have demonstrated a sincere desire and intent to make positive changes and take responsibility for their lives. We offer housing in shared single-family homes, as well as small multi-family buildings. We believe the smaller buildings provide a level of accountability and visibility critical for successful community and support.
Meet the Founders:
Will Haack – over forty years of experience as an operations executive in various industries including the past twelve in residential construction with Sparrow Properties, Wright Neighborhoods & Gordon James Construction. Past Board President of Camp Dellwater bible camp in Bemidji, MN for 6 years.
Pam Haack – over twenty-five years of experience in senior management; thirteen with Carlson Companies in executive positions of corporate strategic planning, quality & process improvement, customer service and regional management. Twelve years of experience in residential construction in Marketing, Property Management and Office Management with Sparrow Properties & Gordon James Construction.
